Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday November 24, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to rezone approximately 4.88 acres of property located at approximately 4015 N 2900 E from the Agricultural AV-3 zone to the Agricultural A-1 zone.
