In accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-7(1)(d), the County Clerk records in the minutes the names of all citizens who appear and speak at a County Commission meeting and the substance "in brief" of their comments. Commissioner Dearden moved to approve the consent items; Commissioner Cain seconded, all voting aye.

E. Assign Pledge of Allegiance & Thought of the Day for Tuesday, October 18, 2005, 10 a.m.

F. Public Comments:
Connie Chandler asked if the Commission was holding a meeting today at 4:30 p.m. and the commissioners replied they were not, however, there was a Planning Commission meeting being held at 4:30 p.m.

Commissioner Dearden moved to adjourn the meeting at 10:06 a.m.; Commissioner Cain seconded, all voting aye.
