OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WEBER COUNTY
Tuesday, October 9, 2007 - 10:00 a.m.
Commission Chambers, Weber Center, Ogden, Utah
In accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-7(1)(d), the County Clerk records in the minutes the names of all citizens who appear and speak at a County Commission meeting and the substance “in brief” of their comments. Such statements may include opinion or purported facts. The County does not verify the accuracy or truth of any statement but includes it as part of the record pursuant to state law.Commissioners Present: Kenneth A. Bischoff, Chair; Jan M. Zogmaister, Vice Chair, and Craig L. Dearden.

Others Present: Alan D. McEwan, Clerk/Auditor; David C. Wilson, Deputy County Attorney; Fátima Fernelius, Clerk/Auditor’s Office, took minutes.

D. Consent Items:
1. Purchase orders in the amount of $23,938.63
2. Warrants #230226 - #230416 in the amount of $688,999.36
3. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., to consider rezoning property at 4022 North 3500 East from Agricultural AV-3 to Commercial CV-2
4. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., to amend the Weber County Zoning Ordinance Chapter 18-C, Architectural, Landscape and Screening Design Standards
5. Set public hearing date for November 13, 2007, 6:00 p.m., regarding the Ogden Valley Sensitive Lands Overlay Districts Ordinance, including amendments to the Weber County Zoning Ordinance Chapters 1 (definitions) & 23-37 (River and Stream Corridor Setbacks)
6. Surplus a Minolta RP 605Z Microfilm Reader from the Recorder/Surveyor Department
Commissioner Dearden moved to approve the consent items, changing the public hearing dates to November 13, 2007; Commissioner Zogmaister seconded, both voting aye.

E. Action Item:

1. Approval of a site plan amendment for Conditional Use Permit 01-04 for a new clubhouse design at The Fairways at Wolf Creek P.R.U.D. located at approximately 4300 Sunrise Drive

Sean Wilkinson, County Planning Department, showed a rendering of the new clubhouse design stating that it met the Zoning Ordinance requirements for height and location. The planning Commission had unanimously recommended approval of the new design on 9/25/2007 and there had been no public comments at that meeting.
Commissioner Zogmaister moved to grant approval of a Site Plan Amendment for Conditional Use Permit 01-04 for a new clubhouse design at The Fairways at Wolf Creek PRUD located at approximately 4300 Sunrise Drive; Commissioner Dearden seconded, all voting aye.
