Weber County has seen an increase in parking violations near Pineview and Causey Reservoirs, particularly during summer months (May 15th through September 15th). These parking violations create a public safety hazard by increasing pedestrian traffic near moving vehicles and by reducing the travel space available for vehicular traffic, including emergency vehicles. In an effort to improve this situation and deter parking violations in these areas, increased fines for parking violations will be enforced.
