A proposal for a zoning map amendment will be presented before the Western Weber Planning Commission in a public hearing on September 16, 2025. This is a request for a positive recommendation to expand the existing Commercial (C-2) zoning boundary to encompass the entire 2.06-acre parcel that is partially zoned Agricultural (A-1), thereby allowing for commercial uses across the entire 2.06-acre parcel. The public hearing will take place in the County Commission Chambers located at 2380 Washington Blvd, 1st floor, and begins at 5:00 pm.
