Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to rezone approximately 20 acres of property from the A1 zone to the R1-15, together with an associated development agreement. The R1-15 zone supports 2.9 dwelling units per acre.
