The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, first floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden.

The planning commission will receive public comment on a proposal to rezone approximately 33 acres shown on the map from the A-1 Agriculture Zone to approximately 31 acres of FB Form-Based Zone and 2 acres of O-1 Open Space Zone.

The proposal includes a development agreement for approximately 16 acres and could allow townhomes and detached single-family homes, recognize previously approved but now nonconforming (grandfathered) lots in The Barn at Terakee Farms as conforming lots, and preserve land for a future public pathway along the Hooper Canal.
