WHEN?
PUBLIC HEARING — OCTOBER 13, 2026 • 5:00 P.M. County Commission Chambers, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., 1st Floor, Ogden. After the hearing the Planning Commission will deliberate to form a recommendation regarding the rezone to be forwarded to the County Commission. The County Commission will then make a final decision in a later meeting, date TBD.
WHAT IS PROPOSED?
• Applicant: Rezone request from the A-1/A-2 (Agricultural) zones to the R1-15 (Residential) zones for approximately 47.46 acres located at approximately 440 S, 3600 West.
• County: The county is considering applying the O-1 zone to the portion of the property within 300 feet of the Weber River (approximately 8.78 acres) and requiring its dedication as a public park.
