The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, first floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden.

 

The planning commission will receive public comment on a proposal to rezone approximately 285.5 acres shown on the map below from the A-2 Agriculture Zone to approximately 280.6 acres of R-3A Residential Zone and 4.8 acres of O1 Open Space Zone.

 

The proposal includes incorporating the entire property into the Westbridge Meadows Master Planned Development and utilizing density previously approved for that development. No new density is being proposed.
