The Weber County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers, first floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden. The planning commission will receive public comment on a proposal to rezone approximately 93 acres shown on the map below from the A-2 and A-3 Agriculture Zones to one of the following:
• R-3A Residential Zone. The proposal includes incorporating the entire property into the Westbridge Meadows Master Planned Development and utilizing density previously approved for that development. No new density proposed.
• R1-5 Residential Zone with a master development agreement.
• R1-15 Residential Zone with a master development agreement.
