Current Year Reappraisal Area
The Assessor’s Office reappraises every parcel in the county on a five year rotation schedule. The following areas, which includes residential, vacant land and *greenbelt properties, are being reappraised in 2021.
*Greenbelt properties are subject to reappraisal and/or audit at anytime. If a property is found to no longer meet the requirements of the FFA program, the property will be withdrawn. Please visit our Greenbelt page for more information.
