County Clerk Marriage Solemnization

Civil marriage solemnizations are available at the County Clerk's Office on a walk-in basis, subject to staff availability.

Fees:

• Statement of Intent and Pronouncement - $10
• Statement AND one or two staff witnesses - $25

Please note: Due to limited space in our office, we require that only the couple being married and any witnesses be present during the solemnization. We appreciate your understanding in arranging for children and other guests to wait outside.
