The Weber County Planning Office has received a request to vacate 5 feet of a 10 foot public utility easement located along the north boundary of lot 11, Trappers Crossing Cluster Subdivision.
The Weber County Commissioners will consider this request at a public hearing during the Commission meeting at 10 AM on June 29, 2021. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington BLVD, Ogden UT.

Per SB-34 (2019), municipalities and counties are now required to provide an annual report to the state regarding progress made towards adopted goals outlined in moderate-income housing plans in order to qualify for various state funds. The following was submitted to both the Utah Department of Workforce Services Housing & Community Development and the Weber Area Council of Governments (WACOG) per the outlined annual reporting requirements of SB-34.
