Per SB-34 (2019), municipalities and counties are now required to provide an annual report to the state regarding progress made towards adopted goals outlined in moderate-income housing plans in order to qualify for various state funds. The following was submitted to both the Utah Department of Workforce Services Housing & Community Development and the Weber Area Council of Governments (WACOG) per the outlined annual reporting requirements of SB-34.
