To change your personal information such as address, phone number, contacts or direct deposit access your Oracle account at: https://login-etrb-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/

Q: I recently had a change in status (married, divorced, widowed, birth/adoption). What happens to my benefits?
When you get married, divorced, have a job loss, adoption, loss or gain of coverage, birth, dependent turning 26, etc., these are considered a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). You have 30 days to report the QLE to Human Resources and make changes to your benefits.
Q: How do I change my federal/state tax withholding?
From your “Me” tab in Oracle, select the pay tile, tax withholding, and then the pencil icon next to either your federal or state taxes. Submit any changes made. Call our office with any questions 801-399-8623
Q: Why is my W-4 change not going through?
The IRS can put limits on the number of allowances you can claim. If your W-4 change request has not gone through, it may be that we have received a letter from the IRS stating your required allowances. Contact HR with questions.

Q: How do I change my Direct Deposit information?
Log into Oracle. Under the “Me” tab select the Pay tile, and then Payment Methods. You will add a new payment method in the Bank Account area. Save changes. Then, in the My Payment Methods area, you will change the Bank Account drop down to reflect the correct account. Save all changes.
Q: How do I change my name?
Bring in your new Social Security card to Human Resources at 2380 Washington Blvd #340 Ogden, UT 84401 and we will update your records.
