To submit Tier II reports and relevant maps or emergency plans to Weber County's LEPC, email these documents to Lisa Schwartz lschwartz@webercountyutah.gov and Madeline Burnham mburnham@webercountyutah.gov. Tier 2 reports are only accepted in PDF format.
